Terms and Conditions
Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure the puppy and remove it from availability.
If the Buyer cancels for any reason, the deposit will not be returned.
Health Guarantee
The Seller guarantees the puppy is in good health at the time of sale.

The Buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.

If a serious health issue is found, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately.

A written statement from a licensed vet is required.
If confirmed, the Seller may:

Offer a refund at Seller’s discretion
This guarantee does NOT cover:

Minor illnesses (parasites, colds, etc.)

Stress-related issues from relocation
-
Injuries after leaving Seller’s care
NO REFUNDS POLICY - All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless stated under health guarantee terms.
Buyer Responsiblilty
The Buyer agrees to:

Provide proper care, food, shelter, and veterinary attention

Not neglect, abuse, or abandon the puppy

Ensure a safe and loving home
Pickup/Delivery
The Buyer agrees to pick up the puppy on the agreed date or arrange delivery at their expense.
Failure to pick up the puppy within agreed time may result in forfeiture without refund.
